After a thorough consultation and contract signing, you will engage in a series of four meaningful meetings, combining both virtual and in-person sessions. These interactions are designed to foster a strong connection, allowing us to understand your unique concerns, needs, and preferences.

Our Onboarding Process

2-Step Consultation Process

Initiating the onboarding process commences with your initial contact to explore our services. Our dedicated team lead will be your point of contact, guiding you through a series of questions and providing you with a questionnaire tailored to ensure we find the ideal doula match for you. Subsequently, the second phase involves the chosen doula reaching out to schedule a personalized consultation, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. We look forward to assisting you on your journey with us.

Follow Up Call

Following your consultation, our team lead will reach out to gather your feedback on the session and discuss your preferences. You'll have the opportunity to express whether you would like to proceed with the selected doula or explore other options within our team. Your satisfaction is our priority, and if you decide to continue with your initial choice, we'll smoothly transition into the next step of the process, marked as step three. We appreciate your engagement and are here to ensure your experience with us meets your expectations.

Contract Signing

Upon confirming your decision to include us in your birth team, you will promptly receive two emails—one containing the contract and the other an invoice. Completing both documents is essential to progress further in our partnership. It's important to note that due to the high demand for our services, daily consultations are underway. A delay in completing this step may result in potential unavailability for your due date. We appreciate your prompt attention to ensure a smooth and timely process as we look forward to supporting you during this significant time.

Scheduling Your First Virtual Appointment

Upon successful completion of step three, your dedicated doula will reach out to schedule your first prenatal appointment. Please remember to mark this significant date in your calendar. It's important to note that all prenatal appointments are conducted virtually for your convenience. However, for in-depth support and hands-on learning, in-home visits will be scheduled. We are committed to ensuring a personalized and comfortable experience. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us. We're excited to be part of your journey.
